Upon arriving at Bertelsen Winery you will notice our abundant vineyard filled with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Madeleine Angevine  grapes. Located within the Puget Sound AVA (American Viticulture Area) appellation, our vines were carefully selected and planted into the hillside of Skagit Valley's most fertile soil. These grapes are protected by the surrounding foothills off the Cascade Range, where they bask in the long summer sun until plump, sweet, and ready for harvest.

We also know memories are meant to be created in beautiful settings. With ample parking and a modern catering facility, The Bertelsen Winery Event Centre "THE VINE" is the perfect venue for your own special occasions!

Please join us in our Tasting Room on your way in, or out of Skagit Valley. Join us year-round for your favorite season and to enjoy a memorable glass of great wine! We are located at exit 218 (just off Interstate 5) at the gateway to the beautiful SkagitValley in Mount Vernon, Washington. Our wine flights represent seven varietals of grapes grown in renown Eastern Washington appellations.

Our Wine Club is coming soon...
